Design / Build

A. R. Ronayne & Sons LLC applies our 60 years of construction experience to bring our client's desires from concept to completion.   In the conceptual phase of a project, we work with our clients to identify their needs and desires and deliver a design to satisfy. 

We live and love to create. Our designs are unique, functional, and "timeless".  Whether we are constructing new homes, adding additional living spaces, remodeling existing structures, and/or correcting issues, we always consider layout and appeal. 

The process

A. R. Ronayne & Sons LLC  will meet with you to discuss your project; verbalize an overview and a rough order of magnitude budget based on 60 years of experience.

When hired, we will begin the design work by taking measurements, sketching designs and working with you to finalize a plan.  Prior to beginning the actual construction phases, we provide you with a written budget that identifies the scope of work.  

The construction phase is performed by educated, trained, and  licensed and insured professionals and is accomplished in a safe and timely manner. Included in our services is the monitoring and direction of specialty constructors throughout the entire process.

Benefits of Self Performing the Work

• We self-perform the majority of the project so you know who is in your home. For the aspects of the project that we do not self perform (plumbing, electrical, etc.), we have many recommendations of contractors that we have successfully worked with in the past.
• The labor productivity being performed by the same crew reduces delays and assures the completion of specific phases.
• A. R. Ronayne & Sons LLC takes measures to protect existing finishes and help control dust migration from one phase to the other. This lessens the impact on the home owner as they "live through" the construction process.

New Houses and Additions

We design and construct new houses, additions to existing houses, and the finishing of unfinished spaces.  We can prepare the plans at every step of the way from the initial conceptual sketches to the plans that will be used to obtain the building permit. We also work with Architect  you may have.

Kitchens

We construct custom kitchens.  Our specialty is open space designs  providing natural light, functional layout, state of the art materials perfect for entertaining. 

Bathrooms

We build and remodel bathrooms ranging from traditional baths to elaborate master baths.  We install our own tile and construct our own tiled shower bases when requested. We are very familiar with the popular barrier free shower designs (European) and are up to date with popular tile trends.  

Carpentry

Carpentry has become a generic term that encompasses many different activity's and projects such as decks, entries, stairs, roofing, gutters, siding, windows and doors. We install and repair all residential "carpentry".
